A Yummy Breakfast!

I want to share a breakfast that is  highly nutritious and mostly raw.  It is so simple a just takes 5 minutes or less.
Yogurt Banana Splits
1/2 banana split open and laid flat
Spread with your favorite nut butter
Sprinkle with Hemp seeds
Top with Plain Greek Yogurt
Sprinkle with Grape Nuts or Sunflower Seeds
Cover with fresh or frozen Blueberries or any fruit

Enjoy!  It is delicious and filling!
